📍 LOCATION

🚗 PARKING

• Two parking spots reserved for the visiting team in Lot 2.
• All others park in Lot 2 or on side streets.
• When parking on side streets, park facing Rio Grande on one side only to avoid towing (see map).
• Do NOT park in front of 10402 Horseshoe Bend Dr.

♿ HANDICAP PARKING
If someone on your team needs accessible parking, let us know and we will reserve a space.
Proper handicap plate or placard is required.

🏕 VISITING TEAM AREAS

Team Set-Up: Grassy area next to the tennis courts (see map).
Visitor Coaches Tent: One is usually provided, but please bring one just in case.

🏊 MEET SCHEDULE

• Visitor Warm-Ups: 7:30 – 8:00 AM
• Officials Meeting: 8:00 AM (Clubhouse)
• Timer/Scribe Meeting: 8:10 AM (Cabana) – All shifts must attend
• National Anthem: 8:21 AM
• Meet Start: 8:30 AM

⏱ TIMING

• Stopwatches provided by the home team, but please bring backups.
• We are using Time Drops. See attached Time Drops Live “How to”

🏊 POOL RULES

• 6 lanes, 25 yards
• Park & Garden areas are off-limits during the meet.
• No playing, hanging, or climbing on the slide, awnings, lane lines, or in the baby pool.

All final scratches and relay changes must be completed by 8:10 AM.

📄 HEAT SHEETS

• Once entries merge on Thursday, heat sheets may be shared if RSVP was used.
• Excessive scratches may require Saturday re-seeding.
• No printed heat sheets for sale.
• Final heat sheets with heat/lane assignments will be available in SwimTopia by meet start.

• 2 Ready Bench (4 total)
• 3 Scribes (6 total)*
• 9 Timers (18 total)*
• 1 Verifier (2 total)*
• 1 Runner (2nd shift only)
• 1 Head Timer (2nd shift only)

Shift Change: After Event 42 (after 6U events)

*See page 2 for Timer/Scribe placement.
Volunteers do not move due to 25-yard starting blocks located on the opposite end.

Temporary tattoos & handmade stuffed animals available for fun & purchase.

After Event 42, we’ll have a 3–5 minute open jump in the pool.

Rules:

• Feet first entry only
• No chicken fights
• No sitting or hanging on lane lines
• No throwing swimmers
